EMPLOYEE SAFETY

Law Image has deployed staggered shifts across all our offices and have limited personnel in each shift to ensure larger working spaces for all our employees. We also have deployed deep cleansing procedures on all our machines before the commencement of a shift. All employees are also strictly following hygiene practices as mandated by WHO.

Law Image has also deployed flexible working hours and work from home for specific roles. We are also sharing regular updates on social distancing with all our employees.

LAW IMAGE: PEOPLE SAFETY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

In light of the current scenario with COVID-19, Law Image has put in place our people safety and business continuity plan to ensure we all stay safe while being able to meet business needs as usual.

Outlined below are our current measures. Law Image is also actively monitoring the evolving situation to deliver our services with minimum disruption while ensuring the safety of our staff and clients. We will keep you updated of any operational changes as they evolve.

1 Services will operate as usual
Legal Technology: There will be no impact to our legal technology services. Our objective coding and electronic processing teams will continue to work in their rotational shifts. We also have the infrastructure to provide these services remotely without any disruption.

Print production: Our print production and scanning services team also operate in shifts and will continue to deliver services as usual.

Pick-up and delivery: Law Image is happy to arrange pick-up and drop off documents to client’s homes should that be required. We will also continue to pick and deliver documents to client offices. Our staff will connect with you on the requirements in each of these scenarios and will ensure a smooth process. Law Image will continue to deliver all hard copy processing projects via our secure FTP site.

LAW IMAGE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

Melbourne, Nov 7, 2019: Law Image is pleased to share the results from its customer satisfaction survey for 2019. The results are strongly positive reinforcing Law Image’s industry knowledge and reputation for service excellence. The company also recently received its ISO 27001:2013 certification for implementing international best practices in information management and data security.

The survey was sent out to all Law Image customers (mainly law firms) and was open through September and October 2019. “We have a strong focus on continually enhancing our service offerings and delivering more value per dollar spent. To understand our customer’s opinion of our services and their expectations, we reached out to them with our customer satisfaction survey. We are very happy with the positive remarks that we have received. We are also thankful for the valuable feedback that our customers shared with us. We will use this to optimise our service delivery function further,” said Mik Sharma, Director of Law Image.

1.On a scale of 1-5 Law Image received a score of 4.8 on average to the question “How happy are you to work with Law Image? Since commencing operations in 1999, Law Image has always had a great customer retention record.

2.The survey also measured customer’s opinion on the overall service provided by Law Image. On a scale of 1-10, Law Image scored a 9.3 on average. Law Image is trusted by customers to deliver exceptional quality of work. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a testimony to the culture of service excellence at Law Image.

LAW IMAGE APPOINTS PHIL WATSON AS HEAD OF CORPORATE PROJECTS

Melbourne, May 28, 2019: Law Image, a leading provider of information management and workflow solutions for the legal industry, has announced Phil Watson as head of corporate projects. Phil Watson has two decades of rich industry experience in information technology. He also brings with him excellent domain knowledge having worked in the legal industry.

Phil Watson has a background in IT outsourcing & vendor management, from initial scoping through to vendor transition. He has worked on a number of IT projects within Australia and the US.
